Returns are completely free of charge.

• Returned items are stored at Tradegate Warehouse for up to 7 days at no cost.

• During this period, B2B customers receive two reminders to collect their returned items.

If Returns Are Not Collected:

• Products that remain uncollected after 7 days may be:

  • Disposed of safely, or

  • Resold (if in undamaged condition).

After Resale Process:

• Sale proceeds are divided as follows:

  • 50% retained by Tradegate.market

  • 50% held as Amanat (escrow) for the original customer

• The customer has one month to claim their 50%.

• If the amount is not claimed within one month, it will be considered forfeited.
